Highlights
- Done in English
Climb into a comfortable two-seater kayak to paddle toward some of British Columbia's most spectacular scenery. You'll pass glacial fjords in calm mountain lakes, while rocky shores are covered in shellfish, mussels and crabs. You will have the opportunity to see seals above the water. Seals often hover their heads above the water, curious eyes following your every move. Exposed to low tides, the shores attract a multitude of water birds and eagles at different times of the year.
Stop for lunch at a small uninhabited island with stunning views of the entrance. It will be time for a swim on a hot day, a walk through the woods or just a siesta in the sun before returning to Vancouver rejuvenated, invigorated and recharged. Qualified and experienced guides will help you spot wildlife around you on your sea kayaking adventure, and ensure your safety. Note that kayaking or fitness experience is not necessary for this trip.
