Your private tour begins with a stop at Sun Yat Chinese Garden in Vancouver's Chinatown. The Chinese have a totally different perspective of what a garden should be and it has to be seen to be understood. Take a short walk around Chinatown to see novelties such as the construction of the "World's Narrowest Building" and Chinese spice and medicine stores.
Leaving the city center you travel to the highest point in the city, the spectacular Queen Elisabeth Park and its sunken gardens. Originally a rock mining quarry for early town center development, it is now a beautiful garden.
Finally, you will enjoy the beautiful Van Dusen Botanical Garden with an amazing selection of what nature has to offer. On 55 acres (22 hectares), the garden offers a picturesque landscape. This 22-hectare garden features exhibits amidst the scenic landscape. Specific garden areas are planted to illustrate botanical relationships and geographical origins. Prime examples are the Rhododendron Promenade and the Sino Himalayan Garden.
Please note : A minimum of two people per booking is required for this private Vancouver tour.
