Travel along the waterfront towards the harbor entrance where you can see Indian women dressed in sari walking on the sand, to traditional healers collecting bottles of sea water to be used as muti (medicine).
Continue past Durban City Hall and the Theater complex to Indian Markets, where you can get a taste of Indian culture. Enjoy the scents of spices and see hawkers and herbalists plying their trade.
The tour then heads to Durban's newest attraction, Ushaka Sea World, for lunch (not included).
Following a guided tour of this world-class facility, which features a saltwater aquarium with indoor and outdoor displays and exhibits of South African and Atlantic Ocean marine life. You will also find wonderful dolphins, seals and a Penguin show.
At the end of Durban's Golden Mile, it's the start of a new world of fun, excitement and entertainment. Ushaka Marine World, spanning 15 hectares of main beachfront, is Africa's largest marine theme park. With sea water, lush vegetation, natural materials and a recreation of one of the 1920s cargo shipwrecks, Ushaka Sea World creates a magical world of sea and sea life.
