Your first stop will be the Chapel of Notre-Dame, later known as the Chapel of the Martyrs. It is the only Brazilian church to be blessed by Pope John II!
Your next stop will be the small fishing village of Cunhaú. Cunhaú has the perfect combination of sea, river and greenery. Relax on the white sand beaches or take a dip in the cool blue waters. You can also take an eco-cruise on the Cunhaú River to see the mangroves. Keep an eye out for the fishermen hard at work with the crabs and prawns. On this cruise you will have the opportunity to visit farms where sea salt is produced.
