Also located in Beaune, the Moutarderie Fallot is an institution around Dijon. Family house since 1840, it produces mustard in the traditional way, the seeds being crushed with a stone mill.. The visit includes a “Museum” section, then an interactive tour that will introduce you to the history of Burgundy mustard. Finally, you will visit the place of production. In the shop, you will find a mustard bar where you can taste the majority of the house's products. Ideal before doing some shopping!

Do you want nature around Dijon? Just an hour's drive away, the Morvan Regional Natural Park will delight hikers. In addition to the many trails suitable for all levels, the park also has several equestrian courses. On a hot summer day, the lakes will offer you a perfect break to cool off.
