1st day: soak up the atmosphere

Grand Place and Manneken-Pis
Start with the unmissable Grand Place and its famous Manneken-Pis. Head north to stroll through the alleys of the Sacred Island and see the resemblance between the Galeries Saint-Hubert and the Parisian galleries. Take the opportunity to buy a box of chocolates, this is where we find the best!

Sablon et Marolles: bourgeois or working-class neighborhoods
To the south of the Grand Place, are the beautiful districts of the city, and in particular the Sablon district and its magnificent bourgeois houses. If the weather is nice, stop in the very pretty little Sablon park. Do you prefer working-class neighborhoods? Take a walk around the Marolles! If it gets a bit sore, there is always a nice flea market there on Sunday mornings.
If you have more time, go for a walk around the European Parliament or the Atomium, the other emblematic monument of the city.

2nd day: culture in Brussels
The Belgian capital is teeming with museums of all kinds. It is therefore unthinkable to spend a weekend in Brussels without pacing the halls of one of them!
Fun museums
To fall back into childhood and remember with nostalgia your days reading Tintin, Asterix or even Boule et Bill… choose the Belgian Comic Strip Center.
Gourmets will undoubtedly prefer the Cocoa and Chocolate Museum, located on the Grand Place and which obviously offers tastings. Finally, for a moment of relaxation in the beer capital, you can also visit the Gueuze Museum.
Arts and history
As for art lovers, they will not be outdone. The Royal Museums of Fine Arts form one of the largest museum complexes in Europe. More than 2000 works are exhibited there, including many masterpieces by Rubens and Magritte.
