If you live in the north of France, I therefore advise you to visit these cities in a few days. A weekend will suffice for most of these cities. If you come from further afield, the best way to discover Belgium is then to come by plane, Charleroi airport in Brussels welcomes low-cost companies which will make you travel at the best price. Once there it is much easier to move from town to town in Belgium using a rental car.
