I briefly touched on the subject in my article dedicated to places and neighborhoods to sleep in Seville. In this article we are going to see which are the best hostels in Seville.

Of course we could not test all the youth hostels in Seville to establish this ranking. These hostels were selected based on different criteria and information from the two main hostel booking sites, Booking.com and Hostelworld.com.
The criteria used are:
- The overall rating of the hostel
- The number of notes
- The location of the hostel
- Hostel prices
- The choice in terms of accommodation: mixed dormitories or not, private bathroom or not
- The services offered by the hostel
For a few years now youth hostels have changed. We are gradually moving away from the concept of huge dormitories reserved for young people.
Hostels now offer high-end services, such as swimming pools, lounges, TV rooms, etc.
As for accommodation, there are always dormitories, often smaller, some have private bathrooms while others are reserved for women only.
More and more hostels also offer private rooms for 1 or 2 people, but also sometimes for families, equipped with bathroom.
Hostel One Catedral
First in our ranking of the best hostels in Seville, Hostel One Catedral enjoys one of the best locations in Seville. Indeed, it is difficult to do better in terms of location: only 300m from Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar.
All shops, places of interest and public transport will be within walking distance.
Hostel One Catedral has received, twice in 2018 and 2019, the award for the most popular hostel in Seville.
You will find, in this hostel, all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay in Seville: lockers, showers, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, kitchen and of course, Wifi. The hostel also has a roof top with a breathtaking view of the cathedral.
The hostel offers several types of rooms: private rooms, double rooms with shared bathroom.
As for the dormitories, the choice is wide: 4, 6 or 8 people, mixed or reserved for women.
Hostel One Centro
Hostel One Centro is part of the same award-winning chain as Hostel One Catedral which we talked about just above.
This hostel is also located in the historic district of Seville but further north, very close to the famous Metropol Parasol, one of the city's must-sees.
This hostel was also rewarded by the HostelWorld website, notably in 2016 when it was voted 7th best medium-sized hostel in the world!
This hostel, which revolves around a central patio and which also offers a pleasant roof top, offers private rooms for 1 or 2 people with bathroom but also dormitories that can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Some of these dorms are for women only.
Like many hostels, Hostel One Centro offers many services including a bike rental service to explore the city more easily.

Oasis Backpackers’ Hostel Sevilla
Also located in the Metropol Parasol district, the Oasis Backpackers' hostel is part of a chain of youth hostels which we will have the opportunity to talk about a little later.
One of the strengths of this hostel is, of course, the location. This allows you to enjoy the assets of Seville on foot and easily.
In terms of services and facilities, this hostel is one of the best equipped since it has a small swimming pool on its roof to relax on hot afternoons.
In terms of rooms, the hostel only offers mixed dormitories with 4, 6 or 8 rooms.

For You Hostel Sevilla
Located not far from the Ayuntamiento Square and the Museum of Fine Arts, the For You Hostel in Seville is housed in a remarkably well-renovated historic building from the beginning of the XNUMXth century.
The decoration of this inn is particularly neat, combining the style of the time with the modern side of its renovation.
You can enjoy twenty rooms of different sizes.
La Flamenca Hostel
The Flamenka Hostel is located not far from the famous bullring of the Real Maestranza of Seville in the historic quarter of the city. Access to the Triana district, on the other side of the Guadalquivir, will be easy.
This small inn will quickly give you the feeling of being at home here. It offers private rooms for 2 or 3 people as well as mixed or women-only dormitories for 4, 5 or 6 people.

The Nomad Hostel&Pension
This hostel is one of the most popular hostels for travelers to Seville. It is located not far from the Ayuntamiento and the Metropol Parasol. The cathedral or the Alcazar can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
A hostel with modern decoration and a pleasant roof top. The Nomad Hostel offers private rooms for two people with private bathroom but also dormitories of different capacities.

The Spot Central Hostel
Located a stone's throw from the Real Maestranza bullring, this hostel enjoys a prime location that makes all of the city's places of interest accessible within a few minutes on foot.
A simple but popular hostel for visitors passing through the city. It offers private rooms as well as dormitories for 4 people, mixed or reserved for women.
Oasis Backpackers’ Palace Sevilla
The Oasis Backpackers' Palace is part of the chain of hostels we talked about at the beginning of this article. This hostel is also one of the most popular in Seville, in fact it received the award for the most popular hostel in Seville in 2017.
The hostel is located not far from the Museum of Fine Arts of Seville, a few hundred meters from the Metropol Parasol.
Like all the hostels in this district, it enjoys an ideal location. You can visit the city on foot without any problem.
The Oasis Backpackers' Palace offers a wide choice of accommodation including private rooms. You can choose this option by opting for a room for 2, 4 or 6 people with a private bathroom.
As for the dormitories, there too the choice is wide: dormitories for 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14 people.
Some are reserved for women only.
One of the assets of this inn is its large terrace on the roof equipped with a small swimming pool, particularly pleasant in case of strong heat.
