Dinner is a gourmet barbecue of Aussie specialties like kangaroo, barramundi, crocodile and emu, served with condiments from the bush, including bush tomato chutney, lemon myrtle, native mint, lemons wild greens and Australian acacias.
After dinner, you can sit back and enjoy the mystery of the desert at night when a "Star Talker" takes you on a tour of the southern sky at night. The Sounds of Silence is the winner of the Australian Tourism Awards in 1997 and 1998 for Best Australian Restaurant in Tourism.
