Australian Outback Spectacular is the first of its kind in Australia. A tribute to the Heroes of Light Horse, this unique and thrilling show captures the bond between breeders and the legendary Australian Light Horse, with spectacular visuals and a raw energy all its own.
Every night, the thousand seats of the giant arena thunder with the hooves of horses in full Australian performance. It's an electric atmosphere presented with a state-of-the-art lighting system and sound as the stunt riders play out the charming story of the heroes of the Australian Light Horse. During the show, a traditional Aussie BBQ will be served as the action unfolds!

Dinner menu:
A tasty and tantalizing array of Aussie foods will make up the delicious dinner you will be served during the Australian Outback Spectacular!
- Tasty Queensland mix with salad served with tangy mango
- Beef tenderloin barbecue steak with rich sauce, seasoned with Kakadu plum sauce and served with garden vegetables and bread
- Traditional Queensland Fruit Baked Pavlova with Country Cream and Billy Bush Tea
- Children can also choose a sausage meal option. This option will be the main meal and will consist of sausages topped with sauce. All vegetables are seasoned with salt, pepper and butter. The vegetables are made up of squash, beans, carrots and mashed potatoes.
For vegetarian customers, the menu will consist of a paste of SWAG vegetables dressed with tomato and flavored sauce. Gluten-free or diabetic-friendly dishes will also be available.
