Barcelona City Tour (Morning):
In the morning, start your visit with a stroll through Plaza Catalunya, considered the center of the city. The square is known for its many fountains and statues. Wander the medieval lanes of the Gothic Quarter where you will find many buildings dating back to the 15th century, including Barcelona Cathedral. Continue to Place de Saint Jacques, where important government buildings are located, including the Palace of the Generality and the Town Hall.
Continue to Montjuich mountain, offering a panoramic view of the city and the port, you will also see a magnificent view of the Villa Olimpica (the house of athletes during the Olympics), the Tower of the Olympic stadium of Montjuich, the Palau Sant Jordi and the Calatrava Tower.
Visit the Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village) which replicates the region's most typical architectural styles in Spain. Here you will also be able to taste the famous sparkling wine of Cava Catalane.
Artistic Barcelona Tour (Afternoon):
After lunch, you will begin your artistic journey through the city. The first, along Paseo de Gracia to see Gaudi's buildings, the famous apartment like Casa Batllo and La Pedrera, then enjoy a 30-minute visit to Gaudi's bizarre Parc Guell which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
You will continue to the Cathedral Familia La Sagrada (Holy Family), an unfinished masterpiece by Gaudi which is Barcelona's most famous landmark.
Visit the Monumental Bullring of Barcelona and the famous Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Sea, the only completely finished Gothic church in Catalonia. The tour ends near the Picasso Museum, which exhibits works from the blue and rose periods of the world-famous painter.
